Culture Methods

  • Rack & Tray Method: Wooden racks with suspended trays for grow-out
  • Stake Method: Bamboo or wooden poles driven into mudflats
  • Raft Culture: Floating bamboo or PVC rafts with hanging ropes
  • Bottom Culture: Direct placement on intertidal mudflats
