Women's Collective Transforms Shrimp Farming

Twenty women from landless families pooled resources to start a biofloc shrimp farming unit. After training at RGCA, they now operate 20 biofloc tanks producing 8 tons of vannamei shrimp per cycle with FCR of 1.2.
